We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was ideal, being very close to the subway station and just a short walk from the bustling night life. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent location for walking the Kitai Gorod-St. Basils area! Also nice if you want to walk the opposite direction and see a bit of regular Moscow. The staff speaks English well.

1. The kitchen has the usual signs about your mom not being there to clean up after you, but no one seems to mind that and it's usually a big mess until cleaned up during the day. 2. It's about time to change out some comforters and mattresses. 3. Napoleon hostel has 2 divans in the reception area, usually packed. No other place to sit and talk except your bunk. (typical of many hostels)

Great Location and Friendly Staff During my New Year's trip, I stayed in a hostel that had a fantastic location, just minutes away from major tourist attractions. the hostel staff was also incredibly friendly and always willing to help out with any questions or concerns. the common areas were comfortable and perfect for meeting new people.

Dirty Facilities and Noisy Atmosphere Unfortunately, my experience at this hostel was heavily impacted by the dirty facilities. the showers and kitchen were not clean, making it difficult to use them comfortably.

Nothing really stood out,.

Only one staff member was the least bit friendly and supportive. When I asked where to stow my bags in the morning, the not so friendly staff member stared at me like I was from another planet and continued to drink his beer (it was 9 am). The common area was always a mess with empty bottles and cigarette butts everywhere (even in the shower). Also there were always people sleeping on the common area couches which seemed weird. THe smokers area is right outside the front door so whenever you come and go from the hostel, you have to navigate through a dense cloud of smoke. Yay!!

It's on the fourth floor, which is hard with bags. Also, the stairwell hosts some interesting characters.

The complementary breakfast and dinner were delicious and definitely a plus. The hostel is located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries we had.

The common area was quite small and there were limited options for seating. We also experienced some noise disturbance from other guests late into the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

I had the pleasure of staying at Napoleon Hostel and the location was absolutely fantastic. It was so close to Red Square and the Kitay-Gorod metro stop, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood was also great with plenty of shops nearby, and I felt safe throughout my stay.

The rooms at the hostel were comfortable and the bedding was clean, which was a relief. However, there were a few drawbacks.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and they even organize outings to clubs for guests. The hostel also offers cold beers on arrival. It's a great place to meet new people and enjoy the nightlife.

There are some safety concerns, with reports of people doing drugs in the corridor and incidents of theft.

Great location! Easily accessible for all your needs. Short walk from all the main attractions, food, and stores. The showers were ample for my stay and always had hot water. The common area allowed for meeting other guests and making new friends. , despite being located in a busy part of town, the hostel was peaceful and quiet.

The dorm rooms were a bit cramped and didn't have much storage space. The cleanliness of the shared areas and bathrooms left something to be desired.
